Scheme B:  Total Contract Price payable in 36 months without  interest.

Scheme C: (In-house financing)

20% Downpayment payable in 18 months for Building 1  30 months for Building 3

 80% Balance payable for 5 years, 7 years or 10 years at interest   rate of 11.50% to 19% per annum
